Pat McDaid is a qualified mortgage adviser living in Northern Ireland and has been helping to arrange mortgages and protection since 1996. Pat's passion is to help save people money on their mortgages, ensuring in the process you're receiving free advice and a mortgage which will be suitable for your needs. At NI Mortgage Advice, our mortgage and protection advisers like Pat aim to exceed your expectations with reliable, trustworthy and honest advice. We work to find you the best mortgage, help you arrange the necessary paperwork and obtain approval from the lender on your behalf. We do this for free and you won't need to pay us anything. We receive our fees from the lender and it doesn't increase the cost of your mortgage. Whilst Pat is available to talk through any queries you have, you can also speak to our customer support team between 8am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.
