Caroline Kasputtis is the director and founder of ‘Born Success'. Born Success is a successful personal development company which is dedicated to bringing out the best in people.

Ian started his professional life as an electrical engineer, graduating from Monash university in 1984. He subsequently received his Graduate diploma in 1986, MSc in 1991 and PhD in 2005. Between 1992 and 2007, he lectured in the Electrical Engineering Department at Monash University, where he also gained his PhD. Concurrently, Ian always maintained a strong interest in the fields of personal development and health improvement. For example, in the 1990's, he worked as a seminar facilitator for the Alpha Dynamics mind power seminar program. More recently, he graduated as a "Quit Cigarette in 60 minutes" practitioner in late 2009. In 2010 received his NLP practitioner certificate while in 2011 he graduated as a How to Get a Bigger Byte out of life Trainer, in both cases with Quantum Change Seminars. Ian now spends his time working as a NLP and Quit smoking practitioner. In addition, he helps and coaches people achieve financial abundance. He also has other interests in property investment, share trading and financial management. Caroline and Ian now work together assisting people on how to get a bigger bite out of life. They run seminars In Melbourne and provide one-on-one coaching sessions.
