Cheryl Rogers

Cheryl Rogers has been a nationally certified fitness and conditioning trainer for over 20 years. She began her career north of Boston as a group fitness instructor and aquatic exercise specialist. Cheryl then went on to receive three national training certifications and most recently the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Trainers Certification. Cheryl is a former national fitness champion who believes that commitment, desire and a terrific coach are the keys to success.
