Asanka Kiriwendala holds a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Cert CII. He has also completed level 1 of Charted Institute of Marketing from UK. Asanka has more than 19 years of experience and prior to working in Protection Insurance, he was involved in the Marine Industry. He focusses on development of Protection's business in Sri Lanka and Maldives market alongside other Asian countries. He specializes in Terrorism and Marine Placements. With his strong personality and market intelligence he is able to effectively service the clients on facultative placements.

Athraa Ali graduated from University of Bahrain with BSc in Accounting, and had special interest and experience in Insurance, Reinsurance, Internal control, Accounting and operational risks. Currently working as a Senior accounts officer at Protection Insurance Service and she is responsible to handle the reinsurance finance and accounting related tasks.

Beena being a Post Graduate holds a Master's degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, India. She is licensed by the Insurance Institute of India. She joined Protection Insurance Services in 2010 and now enjoys 12 years of practical experience. Previously worked for Morgan Price International HealthCare Insurance Company.
Eman Arshad holds a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Bahrain and joined Protection in June 2018. She is part of the Accounts department and is responsible for receivables.
She prides herself on having an energetic work attitude. She has a steady source of motivation that drives her to do her best.

Faisal joined PIS in 2012. He is approved person by the Central Bank of Bahrain as a Compliance Officer & MLRO. He has 11 years' experience in the Finance, Insurance, Compliance & Business Assurance. He is currently responsible for developing, maintaining, and administer all aspects of the company's compliance program adequate to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, he holds Cert CII as well as Certified Insurance Supervisor (CIS) certificate from Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF). Prior to joining PIS, Faisal worked at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global for 2 years in the Financial Control department.
Fatema Almutawa joined Protection Insurance Services on February 2020, she holds a bachelor degree in Management and Marketing and is currently part of the claim department. She is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player with excellent communication skills. She's committed to her work and always embraces challenges.

Irene has over 4 years of experience and prior to working in Protection Insurance, she was involved with an IT firm.

Jonel Raj Lewis holder of Bachelor Degree in Commerce, known for accuracy with career spans 13 years of experience in Insurance sector with increasing responsibility and duties. Prior to joining Protection Insurance Services he was working for Shipping Company in Mumbai (India) as an Accountant. Currently he is Finance & Admin Officer and the main responsible for major finance related duties.

Mohammed Jawad Khalil is Accountant in the finance department, he is holding a bachelor degree in Accounting from University of Bahrain.
Mohammed, has two years' experience as financial accountant and he joined Protection Insurance Services as an Accountant in 2019 and he is responsible for various areas in the payables, receivables and coordination with other departments.
Mr. Al Sharaf holds Management and Advanced Diploma in Insurance from ("BIBF"). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance CII - UK. Mr. Al Sharaf has worked, before joining Protection in 2004, with American Bankers Insurance and Arabia Insurance Company in Bahrain as a Marketing Executive. Mr. Al Sharaf has a solid experience in the field of insurance & reinsurance and he is also a financial product insurance specialist. Part of his responsibility at PIS is to design and develop business development programs.
Nayera Ebrahim holds a B.com in Human Resources Management from New York Institute of Technology and also Intermediate Insurance Diploma from BIBF Bahrain.

Mr. Osama holds a B/Sc. degree in Insurance and Statistics. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers - Bahrain, focusing on insurance audit and advisory. In this capacity, Osama took part in major projects for insurance and reinsurance players in the region. Osama founded PIS in 1996 and grew it, from what was then a very small operation, into a leading broker with regional business blueprint. Throughout his career, Osama has shown a great deal of Entrepreneurship which was pivotal for the success of PIS. He is the Chairman of the Board of Protection Insurance Services
Priya Rao holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management Studies and Master in Business Administration. She holds a Cert CII from CII UK and is pursuing Diploma in CII.

Mr. Aziz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce form Alexandria University in Egypt. He joined Protection Insurance Services in 2009 heading and leading all broking activities related to Employee Benefits (i.e. medical & life insurance). Thorough his 30 years of professional career life, Mr. Aziz worked for major insurance and financial services firms in Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. During his career years with insurance firms, Mr. Aziz has supervised the daily operations of claims, participated in marketing and sales of insurance products, particularly medical and life insurance products, developed relationships with major insurance companies in the MENA region and handled underwriting and risk assessment activities.
Sayed Ali joined insurance industry at a very early age, and became Cert CII at 18 of age. He is responsible for business and technical MENA Reinsurance practice. Further, he is responsible for developing other niche lines namely Equine, Bloodstock, and Livestock lines at Protection Insurance Services.
Shakila Sehar holds Master Degree in Business Administration with Certification in HRM, Exhibition & Marketing Management Skills. She joined Protection Insurance Services in 2018 and she is handling the Claims other related matters.

Stephen Nunis holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree and has completed Advance Diploma in Insurance from BIBF Bahrain. Stephen has more than 25 years of experience and prior to working in Protection Insurance, he was working with Trust Reinsurance Bahrain and another Reinsurance broking company. He is responsible for Technical accounting of all Treaty business of Protection Insurance. With his strong knowledge and experience in accounting, he is able to service treaty clients accurately.
Supriya Sehgal holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. She has a Cert CII from CII UK and is pursuing Diploma in CII.
She has more than 13 years of experience in the Reinsurance Industry. Prior to Joining Protection Insurance, she was working with the number 1 private insurance company in India- ICICI Lombard in their head office handling reinsurance business Pan India.
Currently Supriya is responsible for the Reinsurance portfolio at Protection Re (Reinsurance wing of Protection Insurance services WLL).
She is optimistic, aggressive and loves to take up challenges, these qualities makes her a dynamic and expert reinsurance broker bringing satisfaction to the various clients in all their Reinsurance requirements.
