Jim Wonder is the Chief Plumbing Inspector of the City of Omaha, Nebraska. A master plumber of 40 years, Mr. Wonder has spent his entire career developing, implementing and enforcing industry regulations and standard practices. As an educator, he has authored many manuals on plumbing practices and regulatory interpretation.
