Pop Howard's was created by Richard "Dick" Howard for his butcher shop, Howard's Meat Center, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The business began in 1964 as an old fashioned shop with fresh and cured meats. Over time the quality, customer service, and demand only grew and it evolved into a staple of the community and a hotspot for customers to stop by and grab dinner. It is still a family owned business over 50 years later and in its 3rd generation!...
