We are the longest ongoing volunteer animal welfare programs in the Caribbean. By providing veterinary care to animals, we have improved both the treatment of animals and the economic well being of the people... Using the "think globally, act locally" concept, we are working in poor countries to improve both the well being of animals and the economic well being of the of the residents through the provision of veterinary care and education.
