Since 1994, Lorraine Trotter has served as President and Managing Partner of Professional Management Systems, LLC providing management, financial, and human resources consulting services to businesses, governments, and not-for-profits. Lorraine's specialty is optimizing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. She possesses a superb ability to come into a situation, identify problems and their causes "right down to their roots," and determine what to do to fix them, whether the problems are logistical, conceptual, or relational. In addition to problem solving and process improvement, Lorraine provides highly skilled and experienced technical expertise in accounting, audit preparation, budgeting, capital financing, cash management, compensation, debt administration, employee classification, pensions, and financial reporting, She has served as a faculty member at the University of Colorado-Denver Graduate School of Business, as a Director of the Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant Joint Venture, and as City Manager and Finance Director for the City of Englewood, CO. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of FaithBridge Foundation. Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Public Administration degree in Financial Management from New York University. She and her husband Walter Trotter have three children and enjoy travel, sports, and music.
