Alexis Rak

Alexis has been coaching gymnastics for 14 years. 12 of those years have been with competitive team. She is USAG certified. Alexis is the lead event coach on for Uneven Bars and Table Vault. She is also the choreographer for the competitive team, which she has done since 2013. Her favorite event is Vault. The most rewarding thing to her as a coach is watching the kids grow in the sport as an athlete and person. There is nothing better than watching them succeed and getting to see pure joy all over their faces! Other than coaching, Alexis loves exploring new places and can't resist singing and dancing to her favorite songs.

Bridget King

Bridget is our recreational manager and is also a competitive team coach. She was a gymnast for 12 years. Bridget enjoys helping the kids learn more about the sport and passing on some of the things her coaches taught her while she was in gymnastics!

Carla Amburgey

Carla has been in management for 37 years and was a certified personal trainer for 20 years. Carla has been involved with fitness and health since she was 18 years old. She loves coaching pre-school gymnastics. The kids have so much energy and she loves helping them learn and grow with confidence.

Erika DeBolt

Erika has been the owner since July 2017. She is USAG certified. She attended Wright State for Exercise biology and has her associates in Dental Assisting. Her favorite part about coaching is watching the girls never give up. Erika loves the sport and all that it teaches. She loves watching the girls grow, not only as gymnasts, but as people. Erika coaches Vault, Beam, and Floor. Her favorite event to coach is Floor. Erika loves to travel! Disney World is her favorite place to travel too (although she does love a great meet weekend!!) Her family and gym family mean the world to her! She is a wife and mom to 2 children, one who is a competitive gymnast.

Jasmyne Phillips

Jasmyne was a gymnast for 9 years and was a member of our competitive team. Jasmyne has always had the desire to be a coach and work with the kids. She says it is super rewarding and seeing them smile means everything!

Jen Cook

Jen was a gymnast for 15 years. She has coached for over 7 years. Jen is first aid and CPR certified. Her favorite part of coaching is getting to know the girls and witnessing their love of the sport and getting new skills. Jen is a NICU nurse, mom, wife, and Disney fanatic!!

Julia Bowser

Julia was an Xcel Platinum competitive gymnast here at Quest! She did gymnastics for over 7 years before graduating. She loves coaching because she loves seeing the kids progress through the levels. She loves watching them achieve new skills!

Kayla Nickle

Kayla has been coaching competitive gymnastics since 2020 at Quest. Kayla coaches all events, but really enjoys coaching floor and beam the most! Kayla's favorite thing about being a coach is knowing she has played a role in so many of the athletes lives and being able to build a relationship with each one of them. Kayla has her associates degree in psychology and and is currently working on a double major in communications, specifically in public relations, and French at the University of Dayton. In her tree time, she enjoys traveling to the city or some place warm!

Kim Busche

Kim has been coaching gymnastics for 20 years, 12 of those years have been coaching competitive team. She is USAG certified. Kim is the team lead on Beam and Floor (levels 4 & up). Her favorite part of coaching is watching the girls get a new skill for the first time that they have worked months on and to watch them use life skills they learned in the gym in their day to day lives. Besides coaching, Kim loves to travel and spend time with her family, especially her new baby girl.

Morgan Tegtmeyer

Morgan has been doing gymnastics since she was 7. She joined the competitive team a year after starting! She is a Xcel Platinum gymnast. Morgan loves coaching because she loves to share her love of the sport with other children. Her favorite place to travel is Disney World!

Rylie Christmas

Rylie was a competitive gymnast for 8 years. She has been coaching at Quest since 2019. She is the level 1 pre- team director and also coaches competitive team gymnastics. Rylie is so excited to be able to teach others the sport that she loves so much!

Sam Elam

Sam was a gymnast at Quest for over 10 years! She was a gymnast all the way through her high school graduation in 2021. She has been coaching from that moment! Sam started out coaching recreational classes and is now one of our level 1 pre-team coaches and also coaches competitive team. Sam is a full time student at WSU majoring in biology to be a physical therapist. She has always loved working with kids and has always loved the sport of gymnastics!
