Alex Machado

Qualifications Advanced Diploma Interior Design, France Bachelor of Interior Design, Brisbane Alex has worked as an Interior Designer across many sectors of the building industry including retail, hospitality, residential and commercial, over the past 10 years. Her interest in design began in her home country of France, where she studied interior design. She later migrated to Australia to further her studies and started a career in interior design. After completing her qualifications Alex worked in television and theatre building set designs. Here, Alex gained hands-on experience in design and construction, while working with very tight budgets. Since then, she has worked for property related clients within architecture and construction firms. Over the past few years, Alex has specialised in commercial fitouts and is now part of our strong fitout design team to help our RAW clients throughout Southeast Queensland. She has developed many creative and cost-effective fitout design solutions for our clients including the Modinex Group, Early Start Australia, and the Southside Specialist Medical and Geriatric Centre at Springfield. Alex spends her leisure time with her family and loves to cook, explore the outdoor, travel, and socialise with her new Aussie friends and colleagues.

Chris Crombie

Qualifications QBCC Site Supervisors Licence Cert III of Site Construction (shopfitting) Cert IV Building and Construction Chris is RAW's Project Manager and is highly experienced in numerous types of fitouts. A qualified shopfitter, Chris has an excellent attention to detail. He coordinates our internal resources and trades to ensure the flawless execution of our projects, guaranteeing that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Working hard to develop project scopes and objectives, Chris involves all relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and total management of our projects. Chris oversee's operations on a day-to-day basis, to ensure that work is done safely, on time and to the right quality standards.

Darren Jones

Job Titles:

Qualifications QBCC Open Supervisor Licence Bachelor of Industrial Design Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety With over 14 years industry experience, Darren brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. His ability to analyse a project in the initial stages allows him to identify and resolve potential issues before site works commence. He is methodical yet flexible in approaching commercial projects that demand tighter time frames and highly compliant site environments. The projects Darren has been involved with over the years include speciality shops, dentists and surgeries, 1000m² offices, military storage facilities and Woolworths stores.

Dayne Heap

Job Titles:

Qualifications QBCC Site Supervisors Licence Cert IV Building and Construction Cabinetmaking Trade Certificate Dayne began his construction career as a cabinet maker before moving into shop fitting. With over 25 years of experience, he is an expert at assessing quality workmanship and working with multiple tradespeople. In the past, Dayne has worked closely with our MD Richard Wiseman in the shopfitting industry, co-ordinating trades and overseeing projects. His newly created role at RAW will provide extra support for our Construction Manager and Project Managers to maintain our high standards of excellence. Dayne is looking forward to putting his management skills into practice to keep our projects on track and to ensure they meet compliance. Dayne will be responsible for day-to-day liaison with our highly specialised trade providers and suppliers. Dayne's past experience includes working in London on high end residential renovations, producing quality fitouts for cosmetic brands and other businesses, plus residential decks and carports. Outside work, Dayne enjoys spending time boat building and fishing.

Henna Viikari

Qualifications Bachelor of Design-Interior Design Henna is a qualified Interior Designer with over 7 years of design experience. Henna has a wealth of experience in working on commercial projects, ranging from 60m2 to 3000m2. With a specialised interest in workplace environments, Henna's designs capture the personality and culture of our clients. One of her latest designs was recently shortlisted in the 2018 AIDA Interior Design Awards in Workplace Design, a fantastic achievement! Henna is involved in all stages of design from initial client briefings, conceptual design, schematic to build, developing 3D renders and preparing presentations. With a thirst for learning, Henna has a superior knowledge of products, technical skills and building and colour trends. Henna loves the coastal lifestyle, walks on the beach, reading, socialising with friends and travelling.

Jason Krisanski

Josh Solomon

Qualifications Diploma of Business Management Trade qualified Cabinetmaker Estimating the cost of the project is the first step in ensuring the successful implementation of the proposed plans of action for any project. With over 15 years experience within the construction industry, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. He began his career completing a cabinetmaking apprenticeship, and during this time, he also completed a Diploma of Business, showcasing his drive and determination. Josh adopts a positive and solutions focused approach. Combined with his industry experience this allows him to find the best methodologies to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget. Outside of work, Josh loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Linda Swanepoel

Qualifications Diploma in Interior Design With over 13 years working in the commercial interior design industry across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, Linda specialises in workplace interior design. Linda loves coming up with fresh design ideas and puzzling over space planning to meet each client's specific layout requirements. It is Linda's passion to transform run down office spaces into modern workplaces that motivate staff, encourages collaboration and increases staff performance and productivity. Linda gets involved during the very early stages of a project and then see's it through to client handover. Preparing initial space plan layouts, concept design proposals, tender & construction drawings, finishes boards and furniture schedules are all part of the daily routine. When not busy designing interiors, Linda loves spending time with her young family, exploring our beautiful country and travelling overseas.

Richard Wiseman - Founder, Managing Director

A strong background in sales and project management sees Richard at the top of his game. Richard has worked with building owners, national tenants and facilities managers on many high-profile complex projects around Australia. Richard has a solid reputation in the industry for his can-do attitude, attention to detail and for bringing projects in on time and on budget. ​Richard loves country life, camping, fishing, shooting, quad biking and, most importantly, Liverpool FC is his team. Ryan Bosua

Qualifications Bachelor of Urban Development, Construction Manager Ryan has been working in the construction industry for over 10 years. During this time, he has held numerous roles ranging from Contract Administrator to Project Manager. As the Preconstruction Manager, Ryan assists our clients and our team of Designers, Construction Managers, and Project Managers. Ryan's top priority is maintaining clear communication lines to ensure everyone understands the design brief and is comfortable with the decisions made. He will be responsible for day-to-day liaison with clients and staff, development of briefs, proposals and management of contracts to meet all compliance requirements. Ryan's experience includes working on projects such as heritage building refurbishments, multi-million dollar houses, multi-floor fitouts in premium hi-rise office buildings, new build childcare centres and vertical transport projects. When not working on commercial projects, Ryan puts his skills to good use renovating his own home, plus escaping to the countryside to enjoy camping or playing a round of golf.
