RiverCrest Logistics Partners, LLC is a joint venture established by Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners (BBHCP) and BioUrja Trading, LLC for the purpose of acquiring, owning and operating infrastructure and logistics assets. The platform targets a mix of assets related to both energy-centric and agriculture-centric commodities, but may also include assets that handle other commodities that are considered strategic to and synergistic with the platform.
