Bay Oral

Bay Oral Surgery and Implant Center expanded in 1996 to better serve the Niagara area and communities throughout Northeastern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Our oral surgery center in Niagara, WI consists of board-certified surgeons who practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with specialties in dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions, corrective jaw surgery, and other oral surgery services. Doctors available to schedule an appointment with include Dr. Vijay S. Parmar, Dr. Jason L. LeMoine, Dr. Bradley S. Koch, Dr. Charles L. Ellis, and Dr. Reda Taleb. Bradley S. Koch

Dr. Koch attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and then joined the United States Navy where he performed general dentistry. He then completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Koch served as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in the United States Navy until coming to Green Bay in 2002. He and his wife have two children. In his free time, Dr. Koch enjoys the outdoors, hunting, stargazing and spending time with his family.

Charles L. Ellis

Dr. Ellis attended the University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry and completed his general practice residency at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, Illinois. He was an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the United States Navy for 10 years and spent five years living in Japan while he was forward-deployed on the USS Kitty Hawk. In 2010, he went into private practice in Mebane, North Carolina and in 2014, Dr. Ellis and his wife relocated to Green Bay. They have a son, daughter and son-in-law. In his free time, Dr. Ellis enjoys bicycling and cheering on the Packers.

Dr. Reda Taleb

Dr. Taleb attended the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Taleb worked in private practice in Arizona and Iowa prior to becoming a full-time clinical assistant professor in the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he was awarded an unprecedented six faculty-of-the-year awards by the students. In 2018, Dr. Taleb relocated to Green Bay to join Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center and is excited for this new opportunity. Dr Taleb is fluent in multiple languages and in his free time he enjoys photography, with a focus on birds, and spending time with his family. "I believe that a combination of continuing education and empathy is essential for a successful practice. Everyone deserves professional dental care and it's our job to make sure they receive care that is also compassionate."

Jason L. LeMoine

Dr. LeMoine attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry followed by an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He also completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and has been in private practice in Green Bay since 2002. Dr. LeMoine is a native of Green Bay. He and his wife have five children. In his free time, Dr. LeMoine enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, playing drums and helping with his wife's alpaca farm.

Vijay S. Parmar

Dr. Parmar attended Marquette University School of Dentistry, doing his general practice residency at the VA Hospital of Milwaukee. Dr. Parmar completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and has been in practice in Green Bay since 1999. He and his wife have three children. In his free time, Dr. Parmar enjoys golfing and skiing.
