We are in a new space, which is a shared space with a few other movement specialists/instructors whom teach other modalities of movement. This is also a fun plus. However, our number one goal is to make sure we provide a supportive, clean, and safe atmosphere. This new space was our first pick, and we feel fortunate to be able to deliver a high quality, attractive, well lit place to move in, thrive in, and find deeper awareness... We are here for you with truly expert practitioners leading Private sessions, Semi Private sessions, Mat, Reformer, and Chair classes, as well as, (as soon as we are able) our incredible hands-on assisted stretching class, Asana Stretch, with Carrie.
