After graduating summa cum laude from law school and serving as a briefing attorney to The Honorable Tim Taft of The Texas First District Court of Appeals, Susanne went into private practice for a litigation boutique (Bayko Gibson) practicing, commercial litigation, international commercial litigation & arbitration. She participated in trials, AAA arbitrations, mediations, motion practice, expert development and expert depositions, fact witness depositions, case management, discovery and large scale e-discovery. Susanne was part of the merger between Bayko Gibson and a major international law firm (Jones Day) where she worked on some of the largest and most complex cases in the country for over 8 years. Susanne has also worked for middle size firms and small firms.
