The Spruce Foundation is run by an all-volunteer group of rising stars in Philadelphia's professional community who are dedicated to leveraging their skills to build a promising future for local youth... The Spruce Foundation is an all volunteer non-profit that cultivates next-gen leaders and philanthropists. The goal and mission of our organization is to give back to Philly youth. We raise money each year through events, small donations, and sponsorships to provide grants for emerging, youth-serving Philadelphia non-profits, making the city a better place to live for everyone a little bit more each year... The Spruce Foundation is committed to becoming an actively anti-racist organization and integrating diverse, equitable, and inclusive approaches to all our operations, grantmaking, partnerships, and volunteer recruitment.
