Stangl Technik Holding Sp. z. o.o. was established on 3 March 2018 as a 100% subsidiary of two investment funds, Avallon MBO Fund II and Genesis Private Equity Fund III... Since the beginning of their operations in the Czech and Polish markets, the subsidiary companies of Stangl Technik Holding have delivered and assembled interior HVAC installations, namely ventilation installations, refrigerating and heating systems, sanitary engineering installations, measuring and control systems, and heavy-current and light-current installations, and additionally traffic lights systems in Poland. We also offer our customers engineering design services delivered by our engineering design departments, and additionally our warranty and post-warranty service.
