Let me start by explaining the letters after my name, PhD refers to a Doctor of Philosophy in human behavior. This specialization incorporates an in-depth understanding of psychology and social dynamics. MA refers to my Master's degree in developmental psychology. PCC indicates that I have a certification as a professional coach through the International Coach Federation. That means I'm qualified to be a coach … believe it or not some coaches have not been trained or certified, they just use the title of coach. I also hold a CWPC credential, which represents a Certified Wellness Program Coordinator.
