As partner and CEO of Talley Riggins Construction Group, Doug is responsible for developing strategic growth plans, establishing corporate values, and overseeing operations to ensure the successful delivery of all projects. During his 30-year career in commercial construction, Doug has earned a solid reputation for meeting and exceeding company goals related to growth and profitability. He is known for providing exemplary leadership and fostering dynamic corporate cultures.
Prior to Talley-Riggins, Doug served as President of two companies ranked in the ENR's Top 400 Contractors. He proved to be instrumental in the strategic growth of each company, demonstrating his skills for managing multiple projects, problem solving and establishing working relationships to achieve win-win results.
Doug is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and currently serves on the board of TEXO. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology.

As partner and president, John utilizes his 20 years of commercial construction experience to oversee corporate operations for Talley Riggins Construction Group. He is responsible for supporting the company's strategic growth plans, financial goals and client relationship management. His executive leadership skills include delivering exceptional customer service, developing lasting relationships with clients and industry partners and managing operational activities for multiple projects.
John began his career in the industry as a project engineer, and steadily advanced into the roles of project manager, business development manager and vice president of project development. Most recently, he served as a division vice president of a company ranked in the ENR's Top 400 Contractors list.
A Dallas native, John graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Art in Engineering, Construction Management. He is actively involved with numerous community and industry organizations, including The Real Estate Council (TREC) and The Touchdown Club of Dallas benefiting the Rise School of Dallas. John is a TREC Associate Leadership Council (ALC) alumni and recently served as chairman of the 2019 ALC program. He is also a member of the Foundation Board for TREC, which oversees community service initiatives and programs.
