Chaitra Nailadi joined Paradigm Precision in September 2021 as the VP of Technology over our U.S. and international operations. Chaitra has over 20 years of experience in aviation engineering and manufacturing operations. Most recently, he worked in East Hartford, CT as the Director, Sustaining Military Engines, Manufacturing & Operations at Pratt & Whitney. His prior experience also includes professional engagements in Engineering and Technology at General Electric Aviation, ATK Aerospace (Northrup Grumman), and DaimlerChrysler (Stellantis). Chaitra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India. He also has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Wyoming as well as a MBA from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He has been awarded the PW Presidents Leadership Award for Customer Excellence on the Auxiliary Power Units business and the GE Presidents Award for Engineering Excellence on the Thrust Reverser business. He is also an author of multiple technical publications in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings.

Juan Araujo - COO

Juan Araujo joined Paradigm Precision in November 2021 as corporate Chief Operating Officer (COO). Juan was with Raytheon for over 20 years where he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility. His most recent position was at Collins Aerospace as Vice President of Quality and Operations in Windsor Locks, CT. He also spent time at United Technologies Aerospace Systems and Hamilton Sundstrand. He has spent the last two years working as a consultant in the aerospace industry. Juan graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor and Master in Science, Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Kristine Moore

Kristine Moore joined Paradigm Precision on November 4th, 2019 and leads the Human Resources Department. In the role of VP of Human Resources, she is responsible for the human capital strategy, including diversity, training and development, employee satisfaction and engagement, performance management, policy and procedure, compensation, benefits, HRIS, staffing, recruiting and compliance. Kristine's most recent role was as Vice President of Human Resources at Jacobs Vehicle Systems, Inc. in Bloomfield, CT. She previously worked at Triumph Group, Inc. for over 20 years transitioning from the Legal department, where she focused on employment matters into Human Resources. Before leaving Triumph Group, she was the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Triumph Group, Inc., Integrated Systems Business Unit. Kristine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Steve Croke - CEO, President

Mr. Steve Croke, a 30-year aerospace industry veteran, most recently served as Vice President, Global Engines, Airframes and Industrials in the Engine and Environmental Control Systems business unit of UTC Aerospace Systems. Prior to serving as Vice President, Mr. Croke ran the UTAS Engine Components business. He came to UTAS in 2012 through its acquisition of Goodrich, where he had been heading up the Power Transmission Systems. He also held leadership positions at Goodrich and its predecessor companies in technology and business development, having started his manufacturing career by managing aircraft hydraulic and control component production at Allied Signal/Lucas. Mr. Croke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University and his MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ray Grochowski - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Ray Grochowski has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Dynamic Precision Group since April 2013. Prior to coming to DPG Ray was a corporate partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the College of William and Mary. Before attending law school, he served for eight years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, and then worked for several years in the defense industry in the Washington, DC area.

Rita Lei - CFO

Rita Lei joined Paradigm Precision in January 2017 as corporate Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Rita has over 20 years of financial and aerospace manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Paradigm Precision, she was CFO of the Engine and Environmental Control Systems business unit at UTC Aerospace Systems Division, in Windsor Locks, CT. Rita previously held the positions of Manufacturing Operations Finance Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Campaigns Finance Manager, Repair Operation Finance Controller, and Financial Analyst at Pratt & Whitney in east Hartford, CT. She joined UTC under its Financial Leadership Program. Rita earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. Rita has also graduated from executive education programs at INSEAD, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Rita speaks Chinese (Cantonese) fluently. She currently lives in Newington, CT with her husband.

Ronojoy Ghosh

Ronojoy Ghosh has joined Paradigm Precision in June, 2016 as the VP of Business Development for Corporate operations. Ronojoy comes to Paradigm with over 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry and manufacturing. Most recently, he spent 5 years with UTC Aerospace Systems based in Rockford, IL. While at UTC, he worked as General Manager responsible for the Global Engine Systems, Aero Nozzles and Aero Blades & Vanes business units. He also drove key M&A activity to rationalize core/non-core businesses and footprint. In addition, he was responsible for UTAS-wide customer relationship management with GE/Rolls-Royce/Honeywell/Snecma as UTAS customer focal. Before UTAS, Ronojoy was with McKinsey & Company, advising clients on business growth, market penetration strategy and operations transformation efforts at leading industrial manufacturing, basic materials, telecommunications, chemicals and automotive companies. Ronojoy earned a PhD and Master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University in Stanford, California. He also holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.
