The Chapman Group wishes to announce the availability for rental of up to eight freestanding buildings and two development sites located in the center of Manhattan. The buildable square footage on the development sites range from 350,000 to 500,000 square feet. The eight freestanding buildings range in size from 25k to over 100k square feet and from three to six stories. They are currently in use as parking garages. They have generally been designed by well-known architects as stables, garages or commercial buildings at the turn of the 20th century. They are handsome structures reflecting tastes and workmanship of the period. These buildings are suitable for our conversion for medical, school, office and retail uses and for myriad other uses because of their special zoning classification.
