Alpha Information Technology is a SMB focused IT service provider based in Cranbrook, BC. We serve the East Kootenay and surrounding regions, generally working with small and medium sized businesses sizing anywhere from 5 to 500 employees... Our focus is always on reliability, functionality and security; we are not just interested in getting things to ‘work' (although that is of course important, however generally speaking just getting something ‘working' is the easy part). Rather we strive to ensure things ‘work' while keeping all related and relevant systems reliable, functional and secure... We operate with integrity and high moral standards and try to maintain transparency with our clients, ensuring everything is well documented and organized and in our client's possession rather than ‘holding' their information and forcing them to be dependent on us to access it.
