TUSCANY TOWNHOMES

This year we have successfully completed 3 neighborhoods - Prairie Village, College View and Yankee Hill II . So what is next you ask? We are actively working to get our new neighborhoods started. We have broken ground at Wilderness View II off of Warlick Blvd. We have also started clearing ground at Connor's Glen near Pine Lake and 59th Pl. Northeast Village neighborhood at 92nd and Holdrege has streets going in, so hopefully we will be ready to start permitting lots for construction in the next few months. We are currently working in our SW neighborhood named Southwest Village near Denton Rd and S Folsom.
