At VHF Loop our flagship product was developed for those antenna experimenters who are interested in Small Transmitting Loop (STL) antennas, AKA Magnetic Loop Antennas, and how they work. Magnetic Loop antennas are nothing new and, in fact, have been around for many years. If designed and constructed while paying attention to detail, these antennas can be very effective relative to their diminutive size. The VHF Loop kits offered here are an excellent antennas in their own right, providing for a very small antenna with very respectable performance. Its inception was predicated on allowing users to learn the basic concepts of loop design and construction. As such, these antennas very simple to assemble: simply clean up the machining artifacts, such as any flashing left by the laser cutting process, with simple sanding and finishing to the extent that you desire.
