Welcome Homecare was founded in 2013 by Carleton Copa. It has been providing home care services to older adults in the Placer and some areas in the Sacramento region. In 2018, Francis Eleazar joined Welcome Homecare as Carleton's business partner and both worked tirelessly to provide excellent care to older adults and vetted extraordinary caregivers to deliver its promised quality care to its clients. Welcome Homecare has grown and expanded its services from the greater Sacramento region to the plains of Yolo and Sutter counties, the mountain ridge of Nevada and El Dorado Counties, and part of Central Valley, the San Joaquin county. In 2021, Welcome Homecare established its first branch in Vacaville and started to provide excellent care to older adult communities in Yolo, Solano, and Napa counties.
