WINPRO, LLC , is an investment fund that allows accredited investors with amounts as low as $100,000, to invest in asset based loans, performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial property notes, providing investors with a 10% preferred return. an investment platform to allow qualified investors the opportunity to secure income and capital appreciation by creating a portfolio of nonperforming and sub performing notes/loans secured by commercial real estate property. The Fund will also originate asset based, hard money loans collateralized by commercial real estate property(s). Our business objective is to provide a steady, predictable income flow through the interest, points, fees, rents, and reversionary income derived from our portfolio
