I am currently working as a UX Designer at Pelago - a Travel Tech startup backed by one of the most respected travel brands in the world. We started with zero product. However, in the span of 8 months, we managed to successfully design and built our first MVP for our targeted soft-launch in 2020 despite the global pandemic that is severely impacting the travel industry. This would not have been possible if not for the industry veterans in our leadership team and the unrelenting spirits of my colleagues across different departments and specialties. The role I played includes creating user flows, wireframing, design, and prototyping. I also prepared user and customer research plans, in addition to writing interview script, as well as, conducting remote user interviews and testing.
