In 2000, Work. Life. Leader. CEO Julie Cohen left a career in Human Resources to launch an executive, leadership and career coaching business. Her final corporate role was as an internal executive coach. She was part of the design team that created and implemented a national coaching program, one of the first in the country, in the late 1990s. Julie was captivated by the power of coaching then, and continues to see coaching as the most powerful professional and personal development tool available.
