I graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2017 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science. I practiced in South Africa as a mixed practice veterinarian for 6 years, working with a variety of animals and wildlife before moving to Australia with my husband, Johann, in 2023. I joined the team at YVC in July 2023. I enjoy everything that Griffith and life in Australia has to offer. I love the variety, challenging case workups and sloppy kisses that comes with being a vet.
I have been working as a veterinary receptionist for the past 6 years. I enjoy my job as i interact with different people and their pets. The best part of my job is discharging the patients after they have had a stay with us. At home I have 2 labrador Zoe and Josie and 2 cats Sophia and Mia.

Dr Kim has been a practicing veterinarian for over 47 years, looking after both small and large animals. Over his time as a veterinarian Kim has owned and operated his own practice in Cootamundra and Temora, and has worked in various practices.
For 7 years Kim was a part time lecturer in the Veterinary School at Charles Sturt University.
Kim opened the Griffith Animal Hospital in April 2014 and is keen to offer a great veterinary service to the local area for years to come. In March 2019 we mived into our new state of the art purposely built Veterinary Centre and changed our name to Yoogali Veterinary Centre
Kim is Ovine Brucellosis Accredited, Market Assurance Program accredited for Sheep and cattle, NSW Racing Accredited and is an Australian Government Accredited Export Veterinarian.

I graduated with my Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing from Goulburn Tafe in 2018 and bachelor of Veterinary Technology at CSU in 2022. I have been working with YVC since 2020.
I moved to Griffith to live with my husband, our cat snowball and two dogs Maybel and Connie.
I love working at YVC as I get to see a large variety of cases and animals!
I have worked as a receptionist at Yoogali Vet's for the past 2 years and have previously worked as a vet nurse. I love my role in the team as I get to interact with everyone's fur babies!
I have my own fur babies, a cat Archie, 2 dogs Lola a bulldog and Marley a lab x and a big dopey horse Diablo!

I've grown up and lived in Griffith my whole life and have always had a passion for animals. I started working full-time as a Veterinary Nurse at YVC the end of 2020 and are currently completing my vet nurse certificate through Goulburn Tafe. In my free time you will see me riding my horses, playing sport or cuddling my 3 dogs, Georgie, Sadie and Boomer.
I love working here as I get to see and handle all different types of animals and being able to send emergency cases home fully recovered, and how happy their owners are to see them. We also have an excellent and knowledgeable team here which always makes working enjoyable.

I graduated from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga, in mid-2013 moved to the mid north coast of NSW to work in a busy mixed animal practice in Kempsey until mid-2019. While I loved living so close to the beach and a beautiful sub-tropical climate, it was time for a change so in early 2020 our family (husband Dave, toddler Darcy, baby Xander and fur-baby Gryffindawg) moved back to my home town of Griffith.
I love being able to make a difference to the lives of our furry friends and their owners, and enjoy the broad range of experiences and challenges that rural mixed practice has to offer.
I graduated as a vet from CSU in Wagga in 2011. I started my career in mixed practice in Cowra before heading to Kalgoorlie with my then fiancée George and our little bitsa dog Dot where we had a year of work travel and adventure! I married George and moved home to the farm at Rankins Springs in 2014. I started working with Griffith Animal Hospital (now Yoogali Vets) and have been here ever since! We have 3 beautiful little girls which keep me very busy along with the farm and our menagerie of animals so work part time 1-2 days a week. I love all aspects of veterinary science but particularly soft tissue surgery and anything to do with eyes. I love my job and our client base in Griffith and surrounds and am here to stay!

I joined the team in 2023 and have started my certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing through TAFE Digital.
I grew up on a farm in Coleambally where I was always surrounded by a menagerie of animals. I have always had a passion for the care and well-being of animals. In my spare time I like going out to the farm to visit my dogs and working with our cattle.

I've been a veterinary nurse for 15 years and enjoy learning new and interesting things every day. One of the best things of my job is being part of a team that helps an unwell pet get better and seeing the reunion between the client and their pet when they get to go home. I enjoy spending time with my 9 year old golden retriever called Roxy. I have a certificate IV in veterinary nursing and would one day like to get my diploma in veterinary nursing.
