Education, software and Agro/Food-Tech Avi has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, An MBA and a M.A in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University
Danny is one of the most experienced executives at the Medical Aesthetic Arena. He had built-up successfully the distribution networks for LA and EU in Sharplan, Radiancy, Syneron and Viora. Currently serves as the active Chairman at Viora and involved in various other ventures.
Danny holds thousands of contacts around the world and have been involved in Multi-Million deals construction.
For the last 15 years Dror have been involved in Business Development for companies in the complex Japanese market. He has an extensive knowledge of the Japanese business practice and he speaks fluent Japanese after studying in Japan for 4 years and working with Japanese corporations since. Dror has a B.Sc. in Computer science from the Technion and M.Sc. from the Nara institute of Science and Technology, Japan. Dror has been promoting with success dozen of companies from the Life Science, Hi-Tech and Industrial sectors.
Moran brings one of the most impressive track records of the Home Aesthetic devices industry, starting from the remarkable growth in sales of Radiancy's No-No line of devices where he served as VP Sales. Moran have been managing Photo Therapeutics Ltd. in London and he is now assisting various companies in Market Entry strategies worldwide. Moran holds LLB and Psychology BA from the University of Haifa and MBA from the Hebrew University.
Neta have been involved in Business Development for companies in the complex Japanese market for more than 25 years. She has an extensive knowledge of the Japanese business practice and she speaks fluent Japanese after studying in Japan for 2 years and working with various Japanese corporations . Neta has a BA in Economics and East Asia (Japan), with Honors, and BA in Macro Economics (Expertise - Japanese Economics) from the Hebrew University. She is also serving as a Director and Management Committee member of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce.

Ran has participate in multiple comprehensive technical training by European machine producers.
Yair has over 35 years of experience in the laser and medical equipment industry and holds a BSEE in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from George Washington University of Washington DC. He was the Vice President of Alma Surgical Business and part of the management for Alma's minimally invasive laser surgical solutions division including the development of new applications, sales & marketing, clinical research, and business development.
Yair has held various executive positions, acting as the CEO of Curelight Medical Ltd. Founder and acting CEO of sales and marketing of Opus Dent after 14 years at Lumenis.
An entrepreneur at heart, Zona brings more than 25 years of experience in the Pharma and Medtech markets in China and HK. She co-founded Health Vision Enterprise in 1995, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on helping foreign pharmaceutical & medical device companies navigate through the complexity of entry into China. She also co-founded iCE Angel - ID, a Hong Kong registered technology company launching the world's first free global web / app based medical alert and emergency identification system. Zona holds a B-Pharm degree from the Monash University.
