Bryan oversees the Operations, Change and IT and Infrastructure areas of the business.
Chris built the Parmenion platform and is responsible for designing and building solutions that solve problems.
Colin has over 10 years UK pensions industry experience, primarily focused on the construction and monitoring of defined contribution investment strategies, including income drawdown products.
He has a wide-ranging remit supporting PIM solutions and fund analysis across all asset classes, and is back-up manager for PIM Strategic Conviction.
Emma manages the finance team, CASS oversight and all financial areas of the business.
George is responsible for the end to end delivery of our software development solutions and engineering practices.
Harry Garrett - Chief Investment Officer
As an Investment Director, Harry shares responsibility with the wider investment team in monitoring and managing the diverse range of investment solutions available on the Parmenion platform. Responsibilities include sitting on the tactical asset allocation committee, fund analysis across all asset classes and the alignment of all Risk Grade portfolios in all solutions.
Harry has a first class degree in Accounting and Business from Bournemouth University. After graduating, Harry began his career at Novia Financial, where he evolved his knowledge of the investment management industry. Having joined PIM in July 2014 he completed his professional investment qualifications becoming a CFA Charterholder.
Ian Stone - Chief Risk Officer
Ian helps us keep pace with the evolving regulatory landscape and supports us in finding solutions to manage risk.

Isaac initially trained as a financial adviser before moving into portfolio management at Sanlam Private wealth. Before joining Parmenion, he spent some time at a Bristol based IFA firm as an integral part of the investment committee undertaking fund research, portfolio construction and asset allocation as well as providing private client advice.
Isaac has both the level 4 CII Diploma in regulated financial advice and the CISI Level 6, Private client investment advice and management diploma.
Jasper's role within the investment team involves both quantitative and qualitative investment research across all asset classes, as well as the construction and ongoing management of investment solutions from both a risk and performance perspective. Alongside the rest of the investment team, he also sits on the tactical asset allocation committee.
Upon graduating, Jasper began his career at Hargreaves Lansdown as a pensions and investment consultant. This was followed by a move into the financial advice industry before joining Parmenion Investment Management in early 2016. Jasper has a first class degree in Economics from Cardiff University, the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a CFA Charterholder.
Joe is an investment analyst within the PIM team, involved in fund research as well as assisting the team in managing the PIM portfolios.
He holds a degree in Business and Management with Portuguese from the University of Manchester and the Investment Management Certificate, and is currently studying for the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. Prior to Parmenion he has held a variety of analytical and research roles in the UK, Spain and Brazil.

Laura's remit covers everything from leading a growing Distribution team to developing key client relationships.
Since 2016, Martin has provided inspiration and leadership that continues to see Parmenion go from strength to strength.
As Investment Director, Meera is involved in all aspects of the team's work including portfolio risk analysis, asset allocation and fund research. The depth and breadth of Meera's experience in collectives fund research is widely regarded across the financial industry.
She holds the Investment Management Certificate, Financial Planning Certificate as well as BA in Economics and International Studies and MSc in International Business Economics, and has been a regular contributor of financial commentary in the press as well as on local radio and national television.
Prior to joining Parmenion Meera spent 15 years at Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) as a Senior Analyst in the Fund Research Department. There, she conducted fund research for the decision making of the Wealth 150 and also contributed specific fund ideas for clients through the Investment Times publication and website.
Meera is involved in all aspects of PIM's work including portfolio risk analysis, asset allocation and fund research.
Michele graduated in Italy with a bachelor's degree in English and Spanish Languages.
After moving to Bristol he started working at Barclays while studying towards and achieving a Master's Degree with Distinction in International Management from UWE. He then worked at Hargreaves Lansdown in the pensions operations team and as an Investment Advisor, before coming to Parmenion where he has achieved the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is now studying toward becoming a CISI Chartered Wealth Manager.
Mike Morrow - Chief Commercial Officer
Mike is responsible for mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers, as well as strategic M&As.

Mollie is a member of our growing investment team. With a background in strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment manager selection and monitoring, Mollie has a wide ranging remit and is particularly focused on driving our ESG capabilities.
Mollie has a first class degree in mathematics from the University of Bristol, helping her to launch a career in finance fresh from graduation. Mollie joined Mercer and quickly qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (specialising in investments), bringing a specialist perspective to risk management and investment selection.

Pat has been with Parmenion since 2009 and manages our strategic partnerships.
Peter holds an MA Honours in Geography and Economics from Edinburgh University.
He embarked on his financial career completing the Graduate Trainee Programme at Barings Asset Management before focussing on the Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets asset classes.
He was responsible for managing money at Jupiter Asset Management, Gartmore and F&C. Latterly Peter was a Director of Emerging Markets at F&C responsible for the £330m High Alpha Asia Pacific ex Japan platform. Peter holds the AIIMR qualification.
Peter's remit encompasses a broad range of investment management responsibilities, covering both general management and strategy.
He conducts in-depth fund analysis and top down market research in order to identify development opportunities for both products and services.
He is meticulous when monitoring and adjusting risk-graded portfolios, to ensure they are in sequential alignment with their risk profile and guided by client suitability.
Peter's remit covers a broad range of investment management responsibilities, from general management to strategy.
Sarah is responsible for our strategy, proposition and, marketing and communications.

Simon Molica is a Senior Investment Manager. Before joining Parmenion, he spent three years working for AJ Bell as a Fund Manager, successfully launching their active Managed Portfolio Service.
Before that, he worked in Morningstar's investment management division as a Portfolio Manager, running a variety of investment propositions including the active range of their Managed Portfolio Service. Simon holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management Studies, with honours, from the University of Sussex.
He also holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a certified FRM by GARP.
Tim Willis - Chief Investment Officer

Tim is an integral member of PIM adding breadth and depth to the asset allocation committee courtesy of his experience from working in a variety of roles across the investment management industry. His knowledge and professional acumen support PIM's extensive fund due diligence work which combined with his broad risk analysis capabilities assists in the ongoing management and monitoring of Parmenion's Risk Graded investment solutions.
Tim also focuses on researching and developing PIM's retirement proposition, analysing, stress testing and progressing the solution in conjunction with the development of possible drawdown capabilities.
He has a degree in Economics and a Masters in Economics and Finance from Bristol University. He started his career at Japanese investment bank Mitsubishi before moving to Barclays Wealth as a portfolio manager from where he joined Parmenion.
