With a wealth of experience in the HR sector, Lucy heads up our HR team. Focusing on employee engagement, training and general HR, Lucy brings experience of manufacturing and the legal profession to our team.
As well as his role as Chairman of the group, Robert has over 40 years experience and has been instrumental in much of the cutting edge R&D work undertaken by our industry.
Doug deals with our growers and suppliers, ensuring we have the right crop here at the right time. He is responsible for volume and price planning to feed the packing business with the highest quality at the best price.
David joined us in 2011 and has worked his way up through the business from general operative to stock controller and now Raw Materials Manager. He has gained a huge amount of knowledge in this time and plays a pivotal role in managing our raw materials our NIR grader and liaising with our production, technical and quality teams.
Elaine is key to our customer liaisons. Managing several customer accounts with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic, Elaine has built up an unparalleled knowledge or packaging and the current challenges around plastic reduction.
Chris brings technical expertise and a very practical head to the board. Chris is Managing Director of our Goldwood factory and is integral to various CapEx projects within the business.
John is heavily involved with R&D on a practical level, with particular involvement in storage techniques, factory evolution as well as keeping a tight control of the business financials.
Instrumental in the development of production, grading and storage facilities, Richard oversees the procurement, grader and packhouse teams as well as managing the overall site.
