Abdel Hmitti

Abdel joined Vistra in January 2024 as Managing Director and Global Head of Funds. He oversees Vistra's funds solutions, including strategy, product development, and client digital experience. Abdel leads the commercial, client relationship, and product development funds teams worldwide, collaborating closely with the marketing, technology, and operational delivery teams. Abdel joins from State Street where he was most recently the Head of Private Markets in EMEA. He joined State Street in 2007 and held several senior management roles in both the US and Europe, focusing primarily on middle and back office operations and relationship management in the Alternative Investment Services unit. Prior to that, he was with Investors Bank & Trust starting in 1996 and held several management and leadership positions in operations, relationship management and audit. Abdel holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is fluent in English and speaks French, Arabic, and Spanish.

Adam Chabior

Adam is a Managing Director of the Fund Services in Poland. He joined Vistra in 2003 and was the founding member of the fund services in Poland. He specialises in comprehensive financial and accounting services for investment funds, investment fund companies and other capital companies from the finance industry in Poland. Prior to joining Vistra, Adam worked for a Swiss insurance and financial group. Whilst holding a position on the Management Board of one of the companies, he was responsible for the accounting records and financial and tax reporting of the general pension fund management company. He was also involved in the process of supervising the valuation and bookkeeping of their open pension fund, insurance funds and capital funds. Adam obtained his Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warsaw and he is licensed by the Polish Ministry of Finance to provide bookkeeping services. He is pursuing further studies to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. He is fluent in Polish and English.

Adam Ross is a Client Services Director for Vistra located in Washington D.C. and supporting clients located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South East regions. Adam supports a wide variety of clients across many industries, but specializes in non-profit organizations and the defense and management consulting industries. Prior to joining Vistra in April 2019 Adam served in leadership roles for two prominent firms leading and coordinating their international expansion projects and ongoing international operations in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Adam has an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and holds a Project Management Professional certification. Adam's current academic pursuit is gaining fluency in the Spanish language. Adam served in the United States Army National Guard for 10 years, separating in 2011 at the rank of Captain. Adam spends the majority of his free time traveling, playing tennis, watching movies and sports, and chasing around his two-year-old son.

With over a decade of experience in the international corporate service sector, Adam has contributed to every phase of his clients' business journeys. His expertise spans from initial incorporation and tax registrations to monthly financial reporting, statutory audits, business re-structuring, successful company sales, and the strategic closure or liquidation of businesses with comprehensive exit plans. Additionally, Adam holds board positions with several technology and investment firms in Ireland. His focus is always to assist all clients in achieving their goals and will work tirelessly to ensure a speedy and practical solution to any issue/opportunity that arises. He works with both domestic clients and foreign direct investment entities as they set up and expand in Ireland, Europe, Asia and other territories. His specialty areas include, FDI set-up assistance, Annual Compliance, Audit & Assurance. Adam is an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (A.C.A.) and graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway with a Business Commerce Degree.

In 2022, following the acquisition of the company by Grupo Castilla, he was part of the pre-sales team before joining Vistra Spain in May 2023.
