ELLOUGHTON PRIVATE NURSERY WITH LITTLE ACORNS - Key Persons
Beth started at the nursery as an apprentice in 2011. She loves creative work and encourages the children to plant fruit and vegetables in our large nursery garden as well as being pre-school room leader.
Kim opened the nursery in 1988 and enjoys a hands on role as the settings owner. Kim has a Certificate in Education (Level 5) and her training focussed on those with Special Needs. Kim particularly enjoys working with the pre-school children, focusing on communication, language and literacy skills.

Mel joined the team in 2004 and she has supervisory qualifications for children 5 - 15 years (Level 3) and those under 5 years (Level 4).
Mel is also trained as an NVQ assessor and so helps the other team members progress within their own personal development.
As SENCO, Mel is dedicated to ensuring additional support is given from the nursery, and outside agencies, to those children and families who need it.

Michelle has worked at the nursery for over 15 years.
Michelle has supervisory qualifications for the care of children from 0 - 15 years and has achieved Early Years Teacher Status as well as a BA (Hons) Business Studies.
Michelle enjoys working with children of all ages and is enthusiastic about physical play and dance.
