Chris Reek

Chris has been advising clients in the Police Station and those heading to the Crown Court for over 30 years, dealing with the whole range of criminal offences in addition to confiscation proceedings.

Elliott Moore

Elliott practices exclusively in Criminal Law and has been a qualified Duty Solicitor since 1997. Elliott is extremely approachable and does not subscribe to the traditional image of the need to wear a suit unless he is in court. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of the Criminal Law and is thorough in his approach to all his cases to ensure the best possible service for his clients. Outside work Elliott is keen to be outdoors enjoying camping trips and regular bike rides. He is still aiming to return to the Squash Court soon having in the past represented Cornwall.

Frederick Howell

Fred Howell joined Peter Hylton in 1996 and Howell Hylton was formed basing itself at an office in Falmouth. The firm at that time practised in many areas of law, including Criminal Law and Litigation. Over the years Howell Hylton has gone through many changes to move with the times. There are three directors of Howell Hylton Solicitors - Elliott Moore, Neil Lewin and Robin Smith. The directors and team at Howell Hylton always aim to provide quality service and assistance. We are proud to be able to promote our fee earners and support staff who individually and together have a wealth of experience and knowledge when dealing with all types of cases.
