Adrian started out as a client with Esso Petroleum before moving to the agency side. His strengths lie not only in cohesive and hard-hitting campaigns but also in client focus and business understanding - experience that means he understands the marketing mix. In 1986 Adrian began work at IMP, a below-the-line agency, and moved to HHCL in 1993. During his seven-year stint the agency was named ‘Agency of the Decade'. In 2000 he became Chief Executive for AMD.
Jo was a cofounder of Teamspirit, the financial services specialist agency that was acquired by Chime in 1999. She is COO of Chime as well as Group CEO of VCCP Business, which includes five award-winning agencies covering financial services, technology and sustainability.
She has spent the last 18 years in Chime establishing and building specialist, integrated agencies as well as working closely with and advising a broad base of clients in the UK and internationally.
She believes that for complex sectors, specialist agencies are best placed to simplify and create long-lasting value for businesses and brands. What she cares about is business that can create ‘shared value'; diversity and developing young talent. She is a Trustee of Park Theatre in London.

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Wits University in Johannesburg, Matthew played professional cricket for Transvaal and Derbyshire for seven years before jointly setting up Frontiers Group in 2000 with his brother Kevin. As Managing Director, Matthew oversaw Frontiers' organic growth from inception to one of the biggest independent sponsorship agencies in the UK and it subsequent sale to Essentially in July 2007 when Matthew joined the main board. He continued to assist in the growth of the business and the subsequent sale to Chime Communications where he fulfilled the role of Group Chief Executive for Essentially. He has been appointed CEO of CSM as part of a global reorganisation of its individual agencies under a single, unified brand presence - CSM.
Chairman of Avanti Communications Group plc and Chime Communications Limited. Non-executive director of FedEx Corporation and RM2 International S.A. Advisor to TPG Capital LLP (TPG) and a nominee director of the various companies as required by TPG.

Stephanie started her career in headhunting, working for Taylor Bennett before moving into the marketing and PR industry in 2003, specialising in the luxury travel and lifestyle sector for six years. In 2010 she left her position as Business Director at the travel PR agency Mason Rose to focus full-time on the marketing consultancy she co-founded in 2009, Cicada Marketing.
Later in 2010 Steph raced to the North Pole, becoming the fastest woman to have ever done so whilst raising £50,000 for Mencap. Following this she joined VCCP Partnership as Marketing and New Business Director and was later promoted to Group Chief Marketing Officer. During her time at VCCP the agency has been named Marketing magazine's Agency of the Year in 2011, Campaign's Agency of the Year in 2013 and has topped the industry's most in-demand agency rankings for the past four consecutive years.
