Above & Beyond is a small community based organisation dedicated to providing mental health and disability support services for those in need. This organisation was founded by Alex Toohill with one goal in mind; to provide an ''Above & beyond'' approach when delivering holistic care to all participants. Our organisation will strive to utilise it's 6 years of experience in the industry to tailor make a care plan specific to the goals of each individual... We understand that not one care plan fits all and we pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know each individual participant to ensure the care fits their personal needs, requirements and goals. This includes a number of services in the home and the community, from basic hygiene needs and attending appointments through to accompanying clients to leisure activities...
