ACBA FEDERATION

ACBA FEDERATION CJSC is the biggest shareholder of ACBA BANK whose participation in the bank capital is 83.68%. According to type of activities, it is a profit organization. ACBA FEDERATION was founded on May 6 2017 by 10 Rural Mutual Assistance Associations, former shareholders of the bank which are currently shareholders of ACBA FEDERATION. The Rural Mutual Assistance Regional Unions are NGOs working in the 10 regions of RA which were founded to develop agriculture in the regions. The 10 Associations together have 77,500 members... Our Mission: Promote the introduction of 21st century business models aimed at the development of innovative agriculture and rural communities in Armenia, as well as contribute to both increasing the efficiency of the sector and making agriculture a more attractive field for the youth... Our Vision: Create such a business environment in all the rural communities of Armenia where the villager will see his future.
