Aircool is excited about our new excelsior pads and we know that they cool as effectively if not more effectively than our old pads. We believe that they are easier for homeowners and contractors to install, making everyone appreciate the revolutionary design... Aircool's main product is our double thick aspen excelsior pad. We manufacture double stuffed pads by both machine and in the traditional handmade method, we keep pad makers on staff to custom make any unusual sizes. We routinely make pads that are used in green house wet walls, and also make the 120"+ pads used in round coolers. Because we employee a pad makers year round, and stock cooler parts all year Aircool can fulfill orders even in the middle of winter!... For the past 60 years Aircool has been hand making our signature double stuffed, extra thick cooler pads.
