Daria is an accomplished executive with 25-years experience in public and private sectors in a variety senior roles. Daria has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration at Professional Engineers Ontario. He provided leadership for accounting, budgeting, finance, internal audit, strategic and business planning, customer service, billing, project management office, document management, mail room, facilities, and procurement. He was instrumental in strengthening the association's financial position. Daria has provided management consulting services which resulted in winning repeat businesses and gaining customer trust and confidence. At the DTE/Probyn Energy Solutions, he served as the VP for the transition consulting and co-authored "The People-side of Restructuring." The company established its brand in the Canadian marketplace in less than one year. At Scarborough PUC, Daria served as manager of business planning and budgeting where he helped develop and strategically focus the organization's $80 million budget. Daria played a key role in assisting operational managers and their teams to achieve operational efficiency. Under Daria's leadership, Scarborough PUC became the first utility in Canada to fully implement activity-based costing and use it in its rate setting process. Throughout his careers, Daria developed, trained, and built teams leading to enhanced business processes, improved operations and customer service, and delivery of outstanding results. Daria is an accomplished executive with 25-years experience in public and private sectors in a variety of senior roles.
