Previously Christina was Head of Creative Learning and Director of Creative Partnerships, working for organisations including The Royal Opera House, Norfolk & Norwich Festival and Greenwich Dance Agency. Originally trained and qualified as a dance teacher, she gained a first class degree in Dance Studies and Education at Roehampton and a MA in Cultural Leadership, at City University.

David has worked as a Director, Consultant and Senior Manager in a wide range of organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors and has a background in Human Resources in Unilever and Shell. He has lived in Suffolk since 1994 and has been a Director of the Apollo group developing health centres and providing primary care services since 2000.
David was previously Chair of Workwise (Suffolk), providers of employment/training in Mental Health, previous Chair of Governors at St Benedict's School, a Trustee of Women's Aid and continues as a member of the Community Engagement Group of NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group. He gained a Law degree whilst also Director of the Arts Festival at Southampton University and awarded MSc in Health and Social Services from London School of Economics.

Emrys is a Director at Cloud Artisans. They specialise in developing digital projects with the creative sector and engaging communities. Their clients include the National Association of Youth Theatres, Upstart Projects, Trinity College London, National Operatic & Dramatic Association, Federation of Drama Schools and various others.
Emrys is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds both a Degree & Licentiateship in Management. He has completed an Executive MBA and holds the IOSH Managing Safely qualification, a University Diploma in Event Safety Management and is trained as a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Emrys grew up around Bury St Edmunds and now works nationally managing arts & digital projects from his Midlands base.
Gabrielle has a private Arts Psychotherapy practice working as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist in Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge. Passionate about the power of psychotherapy, expression and the arts to change lives, she works with private clients, charities and business exploring various challenging and painful aspects of life. She has worked in a variety of settings with children and adults. Gabrielle is also a Director of the Golden Yew Project CIC who offer psychological support to vulnerable adults suffering from financial hardship. Gabrielle has a lifetime of involvement in the arts in various capacities. She has over 22 years' experience working in Education with young people with emotional and learning difficulties teaching Art, DT and Drama, she trained as a Psychotherapist at Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) in London, and is Co-founder of a number of groups including a contemporary dance group and community arts group.
Hassina Khan is a practising glass artist of dual heritage based in Suffolk. She recently achieved an MA (with Distinction) in Glass, from the University of Sunderland based at the National Glass Centre. Her work ‘Hybridity. Do not ask' is held in the permanent collection at Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens.
Alongside this she works as a freelancer, developing and delivering cultural education projects. She has been working at the interface between arts and learning for more than 30 years and has worked for a broad spectrum of organisations including the New Wolsey Theatre, Watford Palace Theatre, the Royal Opera House, Essex Music Service, Arts Council England, Creative Partnerships and the Crafts Council.
James is a writer and creative facilitator based in Manchester.
James delivers creative workshops to adults and young people across the North of England, to help them articulate their own voices and stories in new ways. He has worked in this capacity for The Writing Squad, New Writing North, Manchester Literature Festival and First Story.
His writing for performance has been performed across the country, and he often runs his own Arts Council-funded projects which include a creative engagement strand.
James first worked with All Ways Making as Assistant Artist on their Creative Critics project with Manchester International Festival. He also worked on AWM's EU Parliament-commissioned teaching resource, to which he brought his enthusiasm for creative learning and flipping the traditional classroom relationship.
Jamie Symons lives in Woodbridge, Suffolk. He is a Suffolk based actor and personal development coach. He is currently working with Suffolk based Woven Theatre on their next production "Gainsborough and the Modern Women". He also works with the students of The University of East Anglia and The University of Cambridge providing role play training for their studies. Jamie is the founder of Jamie Symons Coaching which provides personal development coaching as well as communication skills training for local businesses.
Janeena Sims has over 20 years experience as a facilitator, trainer and coach. As well as associate of All Ways Making is co-owner of thirdspace, a coaching and organisational development company, and a founder of Park Sims learning consultancy. As coach she trained with New Ventures West and now leads their programmes in the UK and US. Studied Literature and Theatre Arts at Bristol University and spent several years acting and directing across the UK. Now she designs programs that bring experiences from the world of theatre, improv and play to the world of organisational learning, working alongside actors, dancers, artists, voice coaches and musicians.

Lisa is an Arts Education Practitioner based in Manchester. She has worked on a range of partnership projects with organisations including Community Arts North West, Theatre Hullabaloo, Connecting Youth Cultures and the NSPCC. She was awarded an MA with distinction in Applied Theatre from York St John University. Lisa is also an Engagement Officer and Facilitator for Proper Job Theatre Company, delivering the LAB Employability and LAB Wellbeing courses to adults in some of Manchesters hardest to reach communities.
Her practice focuses on health and wellbeing, often using theatre as a tool for intervention, learning and development. Lisa advocates theatre can be a ‘rehearsal for life', this led to her first collaboration with All Ways Making as a Creative Critics Lead Artist in connection with Manchester International Festival 2019. She has gone onto deliver Creative Critics again, this time online with young people in partnership with The Prince's Trust.
Lisa was also the Project Team Lead Creative Practitioner when supporting the development of AWM's European Parliament-commissioned teaching resource. Most recently Lisa completed the Thirdspace Foundations of Coaching course, she used her learning to facilitate AWM's CPD programme which focuses on the use of arts and cultural education in school improvement in the East Midlands.
Matt is the Artistic Director & Chief Executive of The Junction in Cambridge.
Matt has been working as an Independent Producer and Programmer for clients including London International Festival of Theatre and Leeds City Council.
He has also held positions as Artistic Director at Yorkshire Festival, Head of Programme at Warwick Arts Centre and Executive Producer at Norfolk & Norwich Festival.
Patrice Baldwin is an educational author, speaker and workshop leader and Chair of the Council for Subject Associations. Previously Norfolk's Adviser for Arts Education and School Improvement, primary Headteacher, Chair of National Drama and President of the International Drama Theatre and Education Association. She has also worked as a BBC Education Drama consultant and scriptwriter for radio and TV.

Stewart is a writer, director & facilitator.
He was formerly Youth and Community Director of Southwark Playhouse and has facilitated creative learning and community projects with theatres including Young Vic, Donmar Warehouse, the Almeida, Half Moon and Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre. He collaborated with Christina Birt Projects (the forerunner to All Ways Making) as a facilitating artist for Creative Critics, first at the Yorkshire Festival in 2016 and subsequently at the Bury Festival in 2017.
Stewart has worked as a dramaturg at the RSC, Ovalhouse and the Arcola Theatre and was a finalist for the JMK Young Directors Award. His scripts for children and young people have been staged across the UK and internationally at Haya Arts Center in Amman, Jordan and, in the autumn of 2018, at the National Theatre of Greece.

Teresa is a theatre Dramaturge and Creative Producer based in Aarhus. She started her career as a journalist in Italy and subsequently became involved in theatre. Teresa has a strong international experience having worked in Italy, Switzerland and the UK, before moving to Denmark in July 2016.
Teresa worked at the Italian Theatre Institute in Rome and at Blickfelder, an international festival presenting theatre performances for children and young people from all over the world, in Zurich; afterwards she moved to London where she took an MA in Arts Criticism and Management and started working as a freelance producer.
