Colin O'Leary

Colin O'Leary, the Principal of O'Leary & Associates Ltd., has spent the past ten+ years working with businesses, non-profits, public entities and social enterprises of all sizes, across all industries, to overcome a variety of challenges. He has won numerous provincial, national and international awards for projects, program development and implementation, is one of only a handful of individuals in BC that hold professional designation in Economic Development and is an International Association of Public Participation certified practitioner. Colin has earned his Master of Business Administration from the Sauder School of business. Recently he was recognized by Development Counsellors International, a New York-based firm, as a Top 40 Under 40 Rising Star celebrating the top new leaders in the economic development industry globally.

David Broughton

David was Executive Vice-President Exploration with Ivanplats Ltd (now Ivanhoe Mines) from January 2008 through October 2016. Prior to joining Ivanhoe Mines he was Exploration Manager, Sediment-Hosted Copper Deposits for Phelps Dodge Exploration Corp./Freeport Exploration. Upon retirement from Ivanhoe in October 2016 David became Senior Advisor, Exploration and Geology for Ivanhoe and also consults for a number of Canadian ventures. David holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and a Ph.D. from the Colorado School of Mines. While with Ivanhoe, David was co-leader of the Kamoa Discovery team that was the 2015 recipient of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada's (PDAC) prestigious Thayer Lindsley Award for International Mineral Discovery, and co-recipient of AME BC's 2016 Colin Spence Award for Excellence in Mineral Exploration, for the discovery of the Platreef deposit. He was recently awarded the Des Pretorius Memorial Award from the Geological Society of South Africa for lifetime achievement in economic geology.

Dino Cremonese

Dino Cremonese, P. Eng., LL.B., is President and Chief Executive Officer of Teuton Resources, one of the most successful project generators in North America and a pioneer in the project generator business model. Dino and his team played a critical role in the discovery of the giant Treaty Creek gold-silver-copper system in BC's Golden Triangle, which has resulted in the creation of significant wealth for Teuton shareholders. Dino has strong ties to the Sprott network, with legendary mining entrepreneur Eric Sprott currently owning 19.9% of Teuton. Teuton owns a 20% carried interest and a 0.98% NSR in the Treaty Creek gold-silver-copper project.

Graham Boyd

Graham Boyd is currently Vice President US Projects for Ivanhoe Electric, a mining & technology company led by Robert Friedland. Graham has spent the past fourteen years with numerous "Ivanhoe group" companies, beginning with Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia in 2006, and continuing in 2008 with Ivanhoe Australia in the Clonclurry district where he was part of the discovery team for Merlin, the world's highest-grade molybdenum-rhenium deposit. He is currently working with Ivanhoe Electric to find the next generation of world class discoveries.

Greg Beischer

Greg Beischer is a geologist and mining engineering technologist, and a seasoned and skilled explorer of BC's northwestern terrain known as the Golden Triangle. Beischer is the current President and a Director of Alaska Energy Metals Corporation. He was previously with Vale (formally Inco Limited) and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. He is also the past President of the Alaska Miners Association, and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission.

John Bradford

John brings over 30 years of mineral exploration experience, most recently as VP Exploration for West Cirque Resources and Seven Devils Exploration Ltd. He has an MSc(Geology) from the University of British Columbia (1988) and is a Professional Geoscientist (APEGBC, 1993). He has worked for a variety of public and private companies in senior management roles. His geological expertise ranges from project generation and evaluations to project management. He has worked throughout the Canadian Cordillera as well as Nevada, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Ecuador.

Ms. Rebecca Moriarty

Ms. Rebecca Moriarty is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Her background includes a unique combination of technical and business accounting expertise, having received a degree in geology from Queens University and a CPA designation. Ms. Moriarty is supported by the Malaspina Consultants team, a Vancouver-based financial consulting and advisory firm staffed with highly experienced accounting personnel. Prior to joining Malaspina, Ms. Moriarty worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she was a manager working exclusively with resource companies.

Nigel Luckman

Nigel has worked in the mineral exploration industry since 1988 with a number of companies including Reliance Geological, Southwestern Resources, Canabrava Diamonds, as VP Corporate Development for Paget Resources, Chief Operating Officer for West Cirque Resources and Senior Geologist with Kaizen Discovery. He has varied expertise in project management, placer mining, permitting, logistics, software development, geophysical interpretation, data management and resource modelling and has worked throughout North and South America. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with B.A.Sc. in geological engineering and is a Professional Geoscientist with APEGBC.

Peter Lekich

Mr. Lekich has more than ten years of experience in a variety of finance roles and is currently Vice President of Investor Relations at Galiano Gold, a junior producer with operations in Ghana. Prior to that he was Manager of Investor Relations for Eldorado Gold, a mid-cap gold producer with operations in Turkey, Canada and Greece. In both of these roles he led the investor relations function and developed strategies to engage the investment community. Prior to this Peter worked in a variety of project finance, asset management and investor relations roles at Alterra Power, a developer and operator of renewable power projects. Peter has a B.A.SC in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Sauder School of Business.

Peter Ogryzlo

Peter Ogryzlo is an award winning mineral explorationist and recognized authority on BC porphyry copper-gold deposits. His career has taken him from islands in the South Pacific, the rainforests of South America and the Basin and Range of Nevada to the Empty Quarter of the Arabian Shield. He played a critical role in the discovery and development of the MZX deposit at Imperial Metals' Huckleberry mine, which prevented the mine from closing in 2007. For this discovery and his assistance with extension of mining into the MZO pit, Peter was recognized with the prestigious Spud Huestis award. Peter was also mine geologist for Glencore's past producing Bell mine, situated in BC's prolific Babine porphyry copper-gold district. He is a recognized authority on the geology and exploration potential of past producing Bell mine, which is host to a significant resource and exciting exploration potential at depth. ArcWest's Sparrowhawk project surrounds Glencore's past producing Bell mine and contains proposed sites for waste and tailings management facilities for Bell in the event it re-enters production. Peter will play a key role in advising ArcWest's exploration efforts throughout British Columbia, with emphasis on advising exploration in the Babine and Bulkley districts for Bell and Huckleberry-like porphyry copper-gold deposits. Tony Barresi

Tony Barresi, Ph.D., P.Geo., is a seasoned exploration geologist and corporate executive who has led successful exploration campaigns and corporate development activities for multiple junior exploration companies during transformative periods in their history. He is the past President and Director of QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd., and Triumph Gold Corp and he has been exploring for mineral deposits in the Canadian Cordillera for nearly twenty years. In 2006 he was awarded the Mary-Claire Ward Geoscience Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of for his Ph.D. thesis, which focused on the interplay between island-arc evolution and metallogenies in northwestern British Columbia.

Tyler Ruks - President

Tyler Ruks has been involved with mineral exploration and related research since 2000, most recently as President of Seven Devils Exploration Ltd. and Chief Geologist and co-founder of West Cirque Resources, which was acquired by Robert Friedland's Kaizen Discovery in 2014. His work in the junior mining sector has focused on porphyry copper-gold exploration, and resulted in multi-million dollar funding partnerships with several major mining companies and trading houses, including Freeport McMoRan, ITOCHU, and Antofogasta. On the technical side, he has experience with a variety of mineral deposit types, ranging from porphyry through epithermal, sediment- and volcanic-hosted environments. He completed his BSc (Hon.) at the University of Victoria in 2002, his MSc (Geology) at Laurentian University in 2004, and his PhD (Geology) at the University of British Columbia in 2015.
