Catriona joined Domain Group in 2017 when Domain separated from Fairfax Media and listed on the ASX. Catriona leads the Legal Function and is responsible for the legal and regulatory compliance of the Domain Group. Catriona also leads Domain's Project Governance & Advisory Function, a newly created function to support the delivery of strategic projects through the provision of governance, structure, tools, processes and consistency in approach. Catriona is the Company Secretary for Domain Group and is also the Privacy Officer. Catriona has extensive corporate M&A, corporate advisory and commercial experience both in Australia and overseas. In addition to her role at Fairfax, Catriona has held roles at Asda supermarket (Walmart Group), Standard Life insurance and Royal Bank of Scotland. Catriona commenced her legal career in the UK before moving to Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney in 2012. Catriona has a law degree with honours from the University of Glasgow and has also studied at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands and the University of Sydney. John joined Domain as Chief Revenue Officer in September 2021 from his most recent role as Global Director of Account Management at Uber in California. He is focused on accelerating Domain's marketplace strategy across the Residential, Commercial, Developer, Media and Agent Solutions business, as well as Go To Market, Sales Operations and Customer Experience teams. Leveraging Domain's mantra of ‘Better Together', John will help agents build sustainable and effective businesses. Mike is an experienced media executive with a depth of local and international experience. He is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Nine Entertainment Co. Holdings Limited. Prior to becoming CEO of Nine, Mike was the CEO of Nine subsidiary Stan - Australia's leading local streaming service, and was formerly the CEO of the Microsoft/Nine Entertainment ecommerce joint venture, Cudo, up until its sale in 2013. Prior to that, Mike set up the invision IPTV service in Dubai as Vice President of IPTV for the Saudi Telecom/Astro Malaysia joint venture Intigral. Nick Falloon - Chairman

Mr Falloon became Domain's Chairman and Non-Executive Director in November 2017 when Domain listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. He is the current Deputy Chairman of the Nine Entertainment Co. Board, and prior to that was Chairman of Fairfax Media Limited which merged with Nine in December 2018. Mr Falloon has had 30 years' experience in the media industry, 19 years working for the Packer owned media interests from 1982 until 2001. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited from 1998 to 2001 and before that as Chief Executive Officer of Enterprises and Group Financial Director. This experience provided a strong background in television, pay TV, magazines, radio and the internet. From 2002, Mr Falloon spent nine years as Executive Chairman and CEO of Ten Network Holdings. Mr Falloon holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from Waikato University in New Zealand.

Prior to Domain, she was a key member of the eBay Australia & NZ leadership team, notably as Director of Categories and Strategic Partnerships. Yunyeong is focused on delivering data driven insights and solutions that inform key decisions relating to property. With extensive experience in strategy and M&A at KKR Capstone, McKinsey, and Fonterra, Yunyeong holds an MBA from Insead and dual degrees in Law and Commerce with honours from the University of Auckland. Yunyeong joined Domain as the Chief of Strategy in July 2019, with her team leading group strategy and corporate development initiatives across Domain. She was previously a member of the eBay Australia & NZ management team, as their Director of Categories and Strategic Partnerships. Yunyeong joined eBay Marketplaces in 2013, leading APAC strategy. Prior to eBay, Yunyeong spent eight years in strategy and M&A at KKR Capstone in London, McKinsey in Sydney, and Fonterra in Auckland.
