BAILEYS AIR - Key Persons
Jim Bailey has worked in the heating & air conditioning industry for over 30 years. Since the company beginnings, Jim has been the driving force in pioneering new and innovative system designs for structures with a focus on energy savings. As a result, he has carved a niche into Northwest Florida as one of the top energy minded contractor. In 1996 he made his first steps into renewable energy by completing special training into geothermal ground loop design. Since, Jim has acquired IGSHPA certification, the benchmark of today as an experienced quality geothermal installer. Jim's career has been built on the science of energy and saving thereof in more ways than just cooling & heating structures, and carries a certified energy rater classification with the national RESNET/HERS organization.

Samuel Bailey has worked in the heating & air conditioning industry for 11 years and started working full time with Baileys Air in 2008. Samuel is part of our NATE Quality Circle technician team. Since being with Baileys Air, he has acquired building evaluation certifications including: RESNET/HERS Energy Rater and BPI IDL Technician. He has been through and completed many different proficiency levels in the heating & air conditioning industry including, advanced geothermal and VRF technology training certifications. After six years with Baileys Air, Samuel became our Installation & Service Manager where he continues his journey with Baileys Air today.

We are heating and cooling professionals in the Florida Panhandle! We maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All of our installers and technicians are trained on a regular, ongoing basis. We are certified by the following industry organizations:
