David is a director & lawyer with over 20 years' experience as a general counsel and senior executive with large international companies. Currently, Chairman of Southern Sky Dairies, and general counsel for Ingham Enterprises. From 2002-14 David was the Group General Counsel of Fonterra, the world's largest dairy processing company with revenues of approximately $20 billion.
Background in aeronautical engineering with the Boeing company and qualified with a MBA. Co-founder of Biotics and employed with the company since 2011. An experienced director holding board positions on two other privately held Australian construction companies with revenues of over $10 million.
Michael has been involved in product research & business development, mainly in the biotechnology space, for over 20 years. He has worked with both ASX listed and private biotech companies, including a senior executive position at Clinuvel Limited, and senior management positions at CSL Limited.
Nick's executive career was focused on the investment and pensions industry. Early in his career Nick also held a number of senior positions in asset management. After retiring in 2006, Nick took up a number of non-executive board appointments including numerous Chairs. Nick chaired the Investment Committee for Cable and Wireless Pension Fund (£2bn fund). Nick was also a non-executive director of Stobart Group and LGIM.
Rodney has successfully run his own livestock farming business for over 20 years. Co-founder of Biotics and employed with the company since 2011. Rodney has extensive experience working with and overcoming the practical issues relating to agricultural technology adoption and integration.
