Following his time spent with Coal of Africa, Sergeant became the Founding Managing Director for Lemur Resources Limited, a Madagascan focused coal exploration company. With his leadership, Blair helped Lemur with their $25m IPO in 2011. During his tenure with Lemur, Sergeant made multiple large contributions to the company, including the completion of a scoping study for the development of an open pit and underground coal mining operation, consisting of both domestic and export sales, together with a scoping study for an independent coal fired power station...
