As a business lawyer, Rae's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of corporate transactions. Rae regularly provides legal guidance and support to businesses throughout various stages of operations, from assisting clients in the formation, structuring and re-structuring of their corporations, to reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and assisting businesses with a variety of corporate governance and ancillary commercial matters.
Outside of work, Rae has been active as a member of the Yara Leadership Society, an organization dedicated to identifying and showcasing individual success stories.
In addition to her contributions to Yara, Rae has served on the 2018-2019 Board of the Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals and has served as an editor of the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
