Alex Block joined Block & Company in 2013 as commercial Sales Associate. His focus is specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and restaurant properties together with landlord and tenant representation. Although Alex's focus is in Brokerage he also works as a valuable member to the Operations and Marketing departments. Prior to joining Block & Company Alex worked for a year as a graphic designer while he studied for his Colorado Real Estate License in Denver, Colorado. Growing up around the offices of Block & Company, Alex has held many different jobs around the company. Bill Maas, CCIM joined Block & Company in 2010. Maas entered the Commercial Real Estate Industry through the encouragement of William Glasgow and David Block whom Maas had known for years. Prior to Joining Block & Company, Inc. He spent 10 years in the NFL playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers. Maas made First Team All Pro twice and was the NFL Defensive Rookie Of The Year. During his playing days Maas was a popular Radio and TV personality which carried over after playing as he went on to broadcast Nationally for 12 years with FOX Sports. Through those years Maas accumulated his own portfolio of properties. Which included rental houses, Industrial/warehouse facilities, storage units, and small retail strips. The transition into RE was a natural. His leadership skills carried over from the football field to the office . Maas was awarded his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2015, which recognizes experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas City Regional Area Realtors, Retail Brokers Network. He works closely with Eastern Jackson County Economic Development and the Missouri cities of Lee's Summit, Independence, Raytown, and Kansas City. Bill holds a real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri. He is an active member of the Kansas City Chiefs Ambassadors who promote goodwill through the Kansas City area working in conjunction with the Kansas City Chiefs. They serve many charitable organizations, and work directly with Big Brothers Big Sister of Kansas City, The University Of Kansas Hospital, Camp Quality of Kansas City, Kids TLC, and many other local programs. Daniel Brocato - VP

Daniel Brocato joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in June 2013 as a Property Manager. In addition to Property Management, Daniel picked up a second role working as Acquisition Manager where he would oversee the acquisition of new properties to add to the Block & Company Portfolio directly for David Block. This job included initial interior and exterior review of the building, procurement of bids to fix issues related to the building, gathering due diligence items, reviewing rent rolls for accuracy, picking apart P&L statements to see where the new ownership group could cut costs and gain income, lease review, proforma calculations, and transfer of properties into the Management Department. Beginning in January of 2017, Daniel joined the Block & Company Sales team. With Daniel's previous knowledge of the acquisition side of Commercial Real Estate he has focused his efforts on Retail and Office Investments. He works not only with Buyer and Sellers but has had extensive work in Tenant Representation. Daniel has worked with both local and national brands in procuring new locations in the Kansas City Market. In 2020, Daniel joined the KCRAR Commercial Board to help grow and strengthen the organization and membership. Daniel was appointed President of the Commercial Board on 2021 and is currently the sitting President. Daniel is also a member of the KCRAR Board of Directors. Daniel was promoted to Vice President at Block & Company in 2022 and helps to train and recruit new members of the Block & Company Sales Team. Daniel has consistently been one of the top producers at Block and Company and enjoys teaching others to successfully navigate the world of Commercial Real Estate. Darren Siegel works as a retail specialist for Block & Company. He began his career as a leasing and sales agent at Terra Realty in 1997 which eventually lead him to personally purchase, rehab, and sell commercial property on his own. Since joining the Block & Company, Darren has been actively involved in retail sales, leasing, and investments as well as owner and tenent representation. Darren has represented many owners and developers on numerous shopping centers in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area including: Ward Parkway Plaza, Country Hill Shopping Center, Glenwood Plaza, Sunrise Farms Development, Broadway Plaza Shopping Center, Sherrydale Shopping Center, Mission West Shopping Center, Chouteau Crossing Shopping Center, and many others. Darren is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Retail Brokers Network, and is involved in various other real estate organizations. He enjoys volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Emile Rosebud Diabetes Research Foundation, and others. Madison Jones joined Block & Company Inc., Realtors in June of 2018 as the Construction and Development Administrator. Mitch DiCarlo is a Lifelong Kansas City resident whose career has spanned nearly 30 Years in the construction industry.
