We originally started in 1996 in residential construction side. After 14 years commercial construction side of CDR quickly developed. In 2003 the company split residential and commercial/industrial work and formed a spinoff company for residential home building. In 2005, the company re-organized and sold off the residential homebuilding division. Our focus has been on commercial/industrial construction ever since... We are an Authorized American Buildings Company Builder, specializing in low-rise, non-residential construction. Our affiliation with American Buildings Company is testament to our quality products and excellent service... We are a commercial building contractor located in Goshen, Indiana. We specialize in designing and building custom functional commercial buildings. Our goal is to make sure that every design is a reflection of your vision. We have extensive experience in the design process that includes effective use of your space for your business
