A former UPS finance and business development executive, Chase managed a portfolio of high-volume shippers who generated over $500MM in annual revenue. He brings a breadth of supply chain and operational experience to Carton Fill, in which he is a co-founder.
Chris spent 15 years at Smithfield Foods before co-founding Carton Fill. He was instrumental in forming the strategic sourcing division while at Smithfield and building the team from 3 to almost 30 in just six years while delivering year-over-year savings to the bottom line in excess of $30MM each year.
A long-time veteran of the ecommerce industry, Matt has owned and operated numerous businesses within the online space. He attributes a great deal of his success to the technology that he has developed which has allowed him to streamline processes within his operations. Matt has been integral in founding Carton Fill and remains an advocate of the machines and film that he still uses today.
Randy spent most of his career on the analytics side of strategic sourcing as a sourcing manager at ArcelorMittal USA managing approximately $200MM in annual spend. From there he went to Smithfield Foods where he wrote the standard operating procedure for the Strategic Sourcing group and led the analytics team, and managed the MRO category for a period which was approximately $500MM in annual spend.
