Alfred has over 25 years experience in the provision of accounting services to both local and foreign clients. He is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and a fellow of the International Association of Bookkeepers.
Prior to joining CSA Group, Alfred held various high-ranking positions within the Armed Forces of Malta, including his last position as Head Financial Management Branch, where he was mainly responsible for budgeting, provision of comprehensive financial advice and the exercise of control over the Forces' expenditure.
Within CSA Group, Alfred is responsible for the provision of accounting services, including the preparation of VAT Returns, management accounts, payroll procedures and Income Tax Returns. He also manages an accounting team, assisting them to ensure professional working processes and high-quality work.

Anna joined CSA Group in 2013 and it was her first foray into client accounting.
She brought with her a wealth of experience in various fields, namely, Manufacturing, Heritage, Retail Management, Project Management, and Merchant Banking.
She is currently a Manager in the Accounting Department, providing services to both local and international clients.

Charles is the founder of the Group having set up Charles Scerri & Associates in 1995.
Being a Certified Public Accountant and registered Auditor, with over 30 years' experience working in the financial services sphere, he has built deep knowledge and understanding of the challenges arising in the market.
He brings a wealth of experience to the Group. His role is to recognise the opportunities of the group and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

Christabel joined the firm in 2022 as a Human Resources Manager. With a background encompassing four years of Human Resources expertise and over eight years of experience in the disability sector, she holds a Master of Science in Management with HR and a Master of Business Administration.
Within CSA Group, Christabel serves as a conduit between the organisation and its employees, striving to cultivate a harmonious and productive work environment. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and staffing, managing employee relations, coordinating training and development initiatives, conducting performance management activities, payroll and enhancing employee engagement.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and a registered Auditor. He is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Malta Institute of Taxation.
Prior to joining CSA Group, Chris has held managerial posts with a number of Accountancy and Corporate services firms, where he provided comprehensive advice to international clients focusing on corporate and tax services, tax structuring, residency and citizenship programmes and more recently on Blockchain related services.

Darren joined CSA Group in 2005 and has worked within the accounts department where he gained experience and furthered his studies. Throughout the years, he was responsible for a wide range of local and international clients across a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
He has also formed part of the Advisory & Consultancy department, assisting clients in grants, financial projections, and feasibility studies.
Today he is responsible, amongst other things, in assisting the Heads of Department in managing the accounting team which provides Accounting, VAT and Payroll services to clients that operate in diverse industries both locally and internationally.

Duvinia is a lawyer by profession who works across the Group's Regulatory and Corporate service lines. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Duvinia has had experience in similar roles within other financial services companies, focusing primarily on commercial and corporate law, financial services and legislation concerning the prevention of money laundering & funding of terrorism.
Duvinia brings to the table vast experience on matters related to corporate governance and regulation in the financial services sector. She lends a hand assisting both domestic and international clientele in setting up their business in Malta and keeps herself well informed and educated on local statutory obligations.

Drew joined CSA Group in late 2022 as the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Originally hailing from London, he possesses an extensive background working in Recruitment, HR and Operations, and has worked in Malta for over 14 consecutive years.
Forming part of the Operations team, Drew is responsible for bringing in talent to CSA Group and also oversees the new company service line with ‘The Talent Tree', a licensed Employment Agency launched in early 2024 and due to assist clients with their Recruitment needs in areas of Accounting & Audit, Finance, Compliance, Corporate, Legal and Administration.
Efrem joined CSA early 2023. He previously held managerial positions such as General Manager and Financial Controller in other local companies, specialising in areas such as Management Accounts and Costings.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance and Management and is currently completing his ACCA.
Fiona is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Business Administration and Project Management. She earned her Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Malta after completing a degree in Management, Banking and Finance. Throughout her career, she has been involved in diverse projects, including EU and nationally funded initiatives.
In 2019, Fiona transitioned to Tech.mt, where we served as Projects Senior Manager, reporting directly to the CEO. Throughout her career, she has served on adjudication boards related to assigned projects and actively participated in seminars and conferences both locally and internationally, she is recognised for her dedication to excellence, strategic thinking, and her role in representing organisations in various working groups.
In 2022, Fiona took on a new challenge as a Project Manager at CSA Group. In this role, she spearheads the re-engineering process of Government to Business (G2B) services and leads the implementation of a Business Portal for the Government of Malta. She has been entrusted with major responsibilities, demonstrating her expertise in Project Management and ability to drive impactful initiatives.

Glenn is the Finance Manager of the Group. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malta Institute of Accountants.
In 2022, Graziella became part of CSA Group, focusing on the Accounts Department.
Over the years, she has accumulated experience and expanded her studies, handling diverse local and international clients across various industries.
Currently she oversees an accounting team, ensuring the delivery of precise financial data on clients' positions, liquidity, and cash flows, while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
Jackie has been recently appointed as CFO of the Group after having directed the Accounting Department of Charles Scerri & Associates for over 20 years.
With an abundance of experience in accounting specialising in VAT, Jackie possesses a variety of skills and problem solving techniques related to accounting for both individuals and companies. Her experience together with interpersonal skills gives her the ability to develop tailor-made solutions addressing the Group's financial needs.

Kirsty joined the firm in 2020 as a Compliance Manager.
Kirsty brings with her to the Group 11 years worth of financial services experience having worked within the banking industry. During this time she handled an array of clients which included a mix of local as well as international individual and corporate clients.
While at CSA Group Kirsty has focused mainly on the compliance aspect of the business. Her role within the company is to ensure that all employees are adhering to the Group's policies and procedures, on-boarding of new clients, on-going monitoring and assisting the MLRO in fulfilling his responsibilities and obligations.

Lara Ouichni is a Certified Public Accountant and a registered Auditor, she is also a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Marisa has joined the firm in 2020 as the Group COO.
Marisa has gained extensive experience, skills and knowledge in the financial services sector through her 24 years Banking experience where she specialised in Corporate International Banking. She has managed a number of diversified projects related to financial services and other areas. Throughout her experience, Marisa has led and motivated a number of vibrant and dynamic teams.
Her role within CSA Group is to develop and implement the Group's policies and procedures, competence and compliance framework, leading key initiatives, supervising the company's daily business operations and implementing the Group's strategy.

Norbert is a Certified Public Accountant and registered Auditor with 34 years of experience, of which 30 years in audit. He is a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Prior to joining CSA Group, Norbert was a Director with a Big 4 audit firm.
In the initial years of his career, Norbert worked as a management accountant providing bookkeeping services and preparing monthly management accounts of a variety of clients ranging from manufacturing and service companies. He also used to prepare cashflow statements and assisted clients in designing internal controls.
After 5 years, Norbert moved to audit where he was involved in audits of statutory financial statements of a variety of clients including groups and subsidiaries of large multinational groups. He acted both as group auditor as well as component auditor reporting to group auditors. He led teams on audits of financial statements of clients which operated in a variety of industries ranging from banks, fund managers, manufacturing, retail and service, construction, shipping and aviation. He has experience on both listed and non-listed companies.
At CSA Group, Norbert is a Director on the Company providing auditing and assurance services. He is the Head of Audit, leading a team of over 20 professionals. He is responsible for a portfolio of clients which operate in a wide range of industries including investment, construction, services, retail, hospitality, shipping, gaming and manufacturing.
Ruth joined the firm back in 2002 as an audit trainee.
Ruth presently forms part of the Audit & Assurance department where she is one of the Team's Managers.
Throughout her journey with Charles Scerri & Associates, Ruth has attained experience from various departments and this has given her an insight and better understanding of the Group as a whole and the various services provided to the clients.
Her role within CSA Group is now focused on Audit and Assurance; making sure that clients receive a straightforward, seamless and overall professional service.

Stefan holds a Masters in Business Administration. He heads the Corporate Services Department within CSA Group, specialising in the provision of Company Setups and Commercial Structures in Malta and abroad. His responsibilities within the firm include assisting entrepreneurs seeking to set up shop in Malta.
Stefan services a diverse portfolio of international and local clients in accordance with the regulatory requirements in Malta and also sits as Director &/or Company Secretary on a number of Regulated & Non-Regulated Entities.
Stefan joined the firm in 2019 as a Senior Corporate Administrator and has since been promoted to a Manager within the same department. Over the years, Stefan has also gained experience in various other fields, including corporate and commercial matters, AML/CFT obligations, shipping, trusts & fiduciary services and other financial services.
Prior to joining CSA Group, Stefan held positions with other reputable firms in Malta, specialising in CSP and Shipping Services where he gained valuable experience in dealing with international clients focusing on local and international Company & Maritime law.

Stefania joined the Accounting department at CSA Group in February 2022 and provides services to both local and international clients.

Vladimir joined CSA group in 2021 to take on the role of an Assistant Manager in the Audit & Assurance Department. Having previously held supervisory positions in other large audit firms, he brings a multi-industry exposure in audit assignments along with a strong and versatile skillset in people management.
Vladimir has a BA in Financial Management and is currently in the final stages of acquiring his ACCA qualification. He is fluent in English, Macedonian & Spanish.
